By submitting a case request to The Atlantic Paranormal Society (“TAPS”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

TAPS provides free paranormal investigation services as a non-profit organization. No fee is charged for any investigation, consultation, or follow-up service. TAPS reserves the right to decline or defer cases at its discretion.

Permission to Investigate

By requesting an investigation, you confirm that you have the legal authority to grant access to the location in question. You grant TAPS and/or TAPS Family investigators permission to access the property for the purposes of investigation.

Media & Publicity

TAPS will not use your case, identity, or location for media purposes without your explicit written consent. Submission of a case request does not imply consent to appear on any television program or media production.

Liability

TAPS and its affiliated investigators are not liable for any damages arising from the investigation process. All investigations are conducted with reasonable care and in compliance with applicable laws.
